A test system with a working interface

You can provide a test system, for example Odoo, Topal, Abacus, SAP or Business Central, that we can connect the agent to, with a working API. During the pilot we deliberately do not work in your production environment. Ideally the test system mirrors your live system, or runs in parallel with it.

Your consent to processing at Anthropic and OpenAI

CFOAgent works with the AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI. Your data is processed there. According to both providers, business data is not used to train their models.

We cannot guarantee that contractually. So we tell you openly, rather than burying it in a clause.

A residual risk you knowingly accept

Only bring data into the pilot that you could live with being disclosed in the worst case. That is explicitly not what we are aiming for, and we do everything to prevent it: test system instead of production, exclusively AI services under business agreements, logged access, as little data as necessary.

But it is the honest working basis of a pilot, and you should know it before you get in touch.

A budget that carries through to production

Budget from CHF 35’000 to CHF 100’000 for building a pilot, depending on the size of your company. That range is deliberately set so that what remains at the end is not just an experiment, but a solution that can then be moved into production.

We cannot guarantee that step. Whether a pilot goes into production is decided by the results, not by a promise made in advance. We would rather tell you that beforehand than afterwards.
